Community Welcome Event

I’ve always paid attention to how a room feels.
The tone. The pacing. The way people settle in, or don’t.

For more than twenty years, my work has centered around people in many different settings - from higher education and nonprofits to high-pressure environments where clarity and steadiness truly mattered. I’ve supported individuals and families navigating complex seasons of life, and I’ve facilitated spaces that required both warmth and clear boundaries.

How we gather shapes what becomes possible.

When a space is thoughtful, people show up differently. Conversations deepen. Listening changes. People feel safer to speak honestly, or to sit quietly because the structure supports them.

The gatherings I design today are grounded in that experience. They are warm, steady, and intentionally held. There is room for reflection, but also clear boundaries and care for the people in the space.

If you’re interested in learning more or exploring a collaboration, I’d love to connect.  marissa@marissahackett.com
